Each Wednesday, we offer either music or yoga. Jory Aronson leads interactive music sessions that incorporate props and active participation. Leslie Wilda from Yoga Playgrounds brings imaginative yoga and mindfulness designed for young minds.

When all the elements align, we love to take nature walks to the Dharma Rain Zen Center, where we feed the chickens. These excursions help children build a strong connection with nature and the changing seasons as they observe the transformation of the landscape and help grow their own snacks.

Throughout the playschool year, we also invite environmental enrichment programs such as Talk About Trees and WolfWays, which further deepen the children’s connection to nature and the environment.
